4 medium sweet potatoes (one per person)
8 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt to taste
1Cook the sweet potatoes in the oven on foil, about an hour, until tender.
2Remove them from the oven, cut them and remove the dough.
3Mix with the other ingredients and whisk until the mixture is creamy.
