4 sweet potatoes / about 2 pounds [1 kg) boiled and peeled, diced and drained
1/2 cup hot milk
4 ounces [115 ml] cream cheese diced and softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
20 marshmallows
1Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Add the milk, cream cheese, sugar and whisk until the dough is fluffy.
2Place the dough in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3Put the marshmallows on top.
4Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 ° F / 175 ° C oven or until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
